We’re looking for a motivated Junior AV Technician to join our in-house production team working across a range of leading inner-city venues, including The Warehouse, Cloudland, Empire, Valley Hops and Press Club.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build real experience in audio, lighting, and vision for live events. You’ll be hands-on from day one, supporting experienced technicians on weddings, corporate functions, club, touring, activations, and more.

Role Includes:

Assisting with AV setup and pack-down

Supporting show operation and quick turnarounds

Maintaining venue presentation and equipment

Learning through direct experience and team support

We’re Looking For:

A strong interest in live AV production

Formal or informal experience (TAFE, school, freelance, etc.)

Reliable, well-presented, and eager to learn

Able to work nights and weekends
