Property Compliance Australia (PCA) is an industry leader in providing smoke alarm servicing to the real estate industry.

We currently have more opportunities to join our casual workforce, which is designed to assist when our permanent team members may be sick or during operations peak times of the year.

This role would suit someone who has no typical day to day commitment and can be available most days of the week with notice provided by 8am the day you would be needed. This role may suit retiree’s or anyone seeking casual workdays.

Successful candidates will commence their working day by collecting a work vehicle from our head office in Murarrie. Applicants will need to live within 45 minutes of our office to ensure a rapid response and backfill to work planned for the day.

You will be required to be able to carry a lightweight ladder and be able to use a smart phone.

No Previous Experience Required - All Training Provided

• You will be provided a work vehicle and work mobile phone to complete the day's work (vehicle collection and return from our Murarrie office)

Requirements for you to be considered:

• Strong communication skills
• Well presented with a friendly manner
• Ability to learn basic functions of smart phones
• Ability to climb up and down ladders multiple times a day
• Proven ability to work unsupervised
• You must be self-driven with the ability to think on your feet
