We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Lead for a Darwin based client. This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of our technology solutions on-site. Our client is a global leader in smart billing and customer management solutions for utilities and airports. Their innovative product suite includes retail and distribution billing, CRM systems, meter data management, demand response billing, and airport operations software. They empower utilities and airports to transform their operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your new role

• Lead the delivery of our clients solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with client expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Operations, and Program Management
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Report to the Director of Programmes (APAC) or VP of Operations (Melbourne-based)

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in project delivery or operations within the utilities sector (energy or water preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills - you're confident, credible, and collaborative
• Experience delivering complex IT or software solutions
• Ability to work independently while representing a global organisation on-site
• Willingness to travel to Darwin for 2 weeks each month
• Background in project management, delivery leadership, or operations management
