An exciting Junior opportunity has arisen in our Offshore Buying Team to source and develop products from Asia. We work with some well known brands and you will get to see your work in the consumer space

We are a rapidly growing organisation and seek a person with some product experience to come join the team .As this role is part of a team its imperative that you can work autonomously as well as collaboratively with others.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Buying & quote comparison

End to end Production Management for on time delivery and quality control.

Understanding of different branding methods using printing and embroidery etc

Managing logistics of projects for imports

Sourcing to brief

Supplier management

Solutions management

Cross Functional communications with internal stakeholders

Kitting and Fulfillment exposure

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have experience handling sourcing/buying and production for a promotional/electrical and apparel merchandise company

Experience in the project management of overseas kitting & fulfillment projects is also an advantage and you must have a high attention to detail. You should be highly organised, proficient at multi-tasking and be able to manage projects whilst working under tight deadlines.

You will be fluent in English,with Mandarin also highly beneficial and have strong Microsoft Excel + Word + PowerPoint skills.

You will have support from 1 Senior Buyers and an Operations Manager
