About this role:

Based in Sydney

Full-time employment

Hybrid role with flexibility to WFH and the office

Skills & requirements:

Bachelors degree in accounting

1-2 years of entry-level experience

Planning to study or studying to become a Chartered Accountant

Intermediate technical skills in accounting and tax

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate excel skills

Able to work autonomously and part of a team

Motivated to learn and grow

The opportunity:

In your role, you will work closely with the Founder of the firm and the Manager, to support the delivery of accounting and tax services to clients. You will have exposure to a broad mix of tax compliance, accounting, and business advisory. The type of tasks you will be assisting with include:

Income Tax Returns, FBT Returns, Payroll Tax Returns, BAS and IAS

Financial Statements

Processing payroll

Bookkeeping in Xero

ATO correspondence

Attending client meetings

Ad hoc client advice
