About your new role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will be to support core finance operations across the business. You will work closely with the wider accounting team and receive on-the-job training and support to broaden your skills.

Some of your key job duties include:

• Management and processing of fixed asset records
• Administration of company vehicles across multiple site
• Preparation and invoicing of supplier rebates and supporting collections
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and provide support across the finance team where needed
• As you progress and learn the role, you will be upskilled in more Accounting related tasks such as processing journals and reconciliation work etc

About you!

• Bachelors degree or part-qualified with a desire to complete in Accounting or a related field
• Some junior level accounting or bookkeeping experience (which may include tax returns or transactional accounting) is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
