🧪 About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will support the quality systems that uphold our brand promise – purity, safety, and transparency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Conducting in-process and final product quality checks

Performing environmental and product testing according to SOPs

Monitoring GMP compliance across production areas

Investigating non-conformances and assisting with CAPAs

Supporting validation and documentation for regulatory audits (FSANZ, HACCP)

Accurately maintaining batch records and quality logs

✅ What You’ll Need

Tertiary qualification in Science, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Science or related field

1–3 years experience in a QA or QC role, GMP-compliant facility (supplements, pharma, or food preferred)

Working knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks ( FSANZ, HACCP, GMP)

High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude

Competency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
