We’re hiring a superstar Buyer | Product & Packaging Manager!

We are currently seeking a commercially savvy Buyer, with Product & Packaging experience and a strong passion for Specialty Retail to join our team full time at our Support Office in Port Melbourne, Victoria.

The ideal candidate will bring strong buying skills, exceptional negotiation skills, a proven track record in building, managing and strengthening supplier relationships, category management, a flair for end to end product and packaging, together with demonstrated success in developing and executing effective and impactful category strategies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced environment and is ready to make a significant impact.

What we're looking for

A self-starter who is highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude and an adaptable and flexible nature

Previous experience in a Buying role, which includes product & packaging - preferably within the FMCG or retail industry

Strategic thinker

Commercially savvy

Demonstrated success in negotiating skills

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Creative flair and experience in end to end product and packaging

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
