About the role
Reporting to the National Administration Coordinator you will work in collaboration with academic and professional colleagues to provide effective and efficient administrative support for the national School of Health Sciences.
Key Responsibilities
Providing in person customer service to students and stakeholders.
Data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, managing correspondence, collating data for reports and preparing a range of written communication.
Compiling and assisting with reports, typing of correspondences, submissions, statistical summaries and data sets, and other material as required.
Supporting and maintaining internal databases and management of day-to-day requirements of the office.
Assisting the team with policies, procedures, guidelines and forms
Coordinating and organising correspondence for meetings and preparing minutes.
Qualifications, skills & experience
Completion of a diploma level qualification, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in tertiary or other education sectors.
Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, In-Design, and timetabling programs (Allocate, Sonya).
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to exercise initiative and judgment as appropriate, and work in a flexible and dynamic environment with competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams, providing a high level and responsive service.
Proven record of preparing high quality documentation with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
