About the Role
As the Head of Early Years, you'll report directly to the COO and be responsible for the strategy, performance and quality of our early childhood programs. You’ll lead and mentor Service Area Managers, drive best practice, build a collaborative and empowered culture, and ensure the division meets (and exceeds) its service goals.
This role blends strategic thinking with operational delivery, ideal for someone who thrives in leadership and wants to make a visible difference across communities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the Early Childhood division across performance, culture, innovation, and compliance
- Drive a service model that is financially sustainable, outcomes-focused, and deeply person-centred
- Empower Service Area Managers and operational leaders through coaching, development and clear performance frameworks
- Monitor sector trends and funding shifts, turning insights into innovation
- Collaborate across Kudos to foster a strong “one team” culture
- Engage meaningfully with stakeholders, families, and funding bodies to grow trust and impact
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading complex allied health, NDIS or early childhood teams
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills you bring out the best in others
- Confidence in navigating contracts, compliance and governance in the NDIS or community sector
- Financial acumen you're comfortable with budgets, KPIs, and balancing service quality with sustainability
- A passion for inclusive, person-led practice and positive social outcomes
- Tertiary qualifications in allied health or a related field (AHPRA or equivalent membership eligibility required)
