$120,000 + Super + Bonus + MV Neg depending on experience

About the Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Industrial Heavy Vehicle equipment with global representation. This is an opportunity to represent their Country office situated in Western Sydney overseeing spare parts sales and management.

About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Director and overseeing a team of 6 your duties will include but not limited to the following.

• Oversee the parts business to maximize operational and financial goals in line with the company’s objectives
• Promote and sell the complete range of spare parts through direct and dealer routes to market
• Build strong end user relationships to facilitate Parts business to crane rental companies
• Work closely with sales team for new opportunities regarding Part sales, Recommended Part List (RPL) sales, customer relations and work with the sales team to ensure that direct parts orders are fulfilled
• Responsible for all aspects of the Parts processes and to work within the discount structure as agreed with the Customer Service Director
• Overseeing the management of the warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate stock levels

About you
To be considered for this opportunity applicants will ideally have the following

• Proven track record in managing Parts and Service Operation
• Service-oriented Individual with a strong sense of customer service
• People Management experience
• Proven skills in selling, negotiating and planning
• Previous experience in the earthmoving, Mining/Construction or Industrial sectors would be highly regarded
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, logistics or engineering preferred but not essential
