A well-established design practice in the heart of Sydney is looking for an experienced Senior Wayfinding Designer to join their team. This role needs someone who can hit the ground running and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Must be a talented designer with a passion for wayfinding and signage—someone who can create clear, user-focused systems in complex spaces.

This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with detail-oriented design. From early concepts to production-ready artwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Developing intuitive wayfinding strategies based on client briefs.

Creating compelling presentations to communicate design intent.

Applying existing signage and brand standards—or helping develop new ones.

Producing message schedules, location plans, and artwork for implementation.

What You Bring:

Experience in graphic design, information design and wayfinding.

A creative, thoughtful approach to spatial problem-solving.

Attention to detail and a high standard of design craft.

The ability to work independently while staying connected to a wider team.

Advanced skills in Sign Agent and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in bids and graphic design.

Familiarity with signage systems or product development.
