The Role:

• Support the Lead agent with Open Homes, OFI invites & prep, Valuations, Photo shoot, B&P Inspections and Prospecting
• Working to a clearly structured ideal week plan set out with achievable daily goals
• Nurture buyers along their purchasing journey
• Liaise with external contractors to ensure a smooth sailing sales campaign

The role involves working Saturday’s and is for candidates with QLD Real Estate Certificates, or those who have completed their certificate training.

About You:

• Must have QLD real estate registration/license
• Positive mindset, target-driven, and well-organized nature
• Strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
• High attention to detail
• High level of self-discipline and motivation
• Ability to understand tasks and execute without supervision
• Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
