Medical Rostering Lead and Placement Coordinator

We’re seeking an experienced administrative professional who can confidently manage a broad range of tasks, including responding to enquiries, answering calls, updating spreadsheets, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions.
This role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working with a diverse team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-focused, and able to remain composed under pressure. If you take initiative, communicate effectively, and pride yourself on keeping things on track, we’d love to hear from you.
This position is classified under the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement as a HS2 Admin Officer Grade 2 Level 1.
