We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Lead Barista to join the team at Allee Espresso - someone who lives and breathes coffee, brings calm leadership to the floor, and wants to play a key role in shaping the guest experience every single day.

This is more than just a technical barista role - it's a leadership position, supporting our Cafe Manager in setting the tone of the cafe, maintaining exceptional standards, and making sure every guest feels cared for. When the Manager isn’t on shift, you step confidently into their shoes, leading the team and running the show.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has strong experience in specialty coffee, with excellent dial-in, calibration, and milk skills

- Brings energy and leadership to the floor - especially during busy morning openers or end-of-day close

- Has a great feel for hospitality and guest experience

- Can support with ordering, team huddles, rostering, and supplier coordination when needed

- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to lift the bar

- Feels a sense of ownership and pride in their work - someone who thinks about how we can be better even off shift.
