The opportunity

We’re looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our Darwin Branch. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work school hours and adjustable start and finish times to suit the right candidate. You will support our financial advisers with daily administration and general office tasks, act as the first point of contact, and provide excellent client service to keep the office running smoothly.

What you will be doing

Answering incoming calls from clients and assisting where possible

Take accurate messages in a courteous, friendly and professional manner

Welcome clients to the office, arranging tea and coffee for meetings and keeping meeting rooms clean and tidy

Scanning and electronic filing

Scheduling meetings and managing bookings

Providing general assistance to the professional staff as required
