Our client is a volume brand new car dealership located in Castle Hill. They are seeking a strong Workshop Controller to take control of their workshop throughput operations. The dealership is part of a larger Group, which offers security of tenure, a solid income stream, a friendly working atmosphere and career advancement opportunities. Trading is Monday to Friday only, so no Saturday work is required.

Applicants for this position must have current or recent franchised dealership experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician. You will be allocating work to technicians, and monitoring productivity and efficiency. Your work will directly influence profitability and customer satisfaction.

This is a salaried position paying $85k to $90k, Super plus Bonus.
