Job tasks and responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls

Scheduling appointments

Processing patient accounts

Providing support to our talented Orthodontists and Dental Assistants, ensuring their day runs seamlessly

Maintaining strong relationships with our valued patients and referring practitioners

Skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

A friendly and outgoing personality.

Comfortable and skilled in interacting with patients.
