What You’ll Be Doing

This hybrid role is the best of both worlds — clinical and front-of-house. You'll help create smooth, memorable experiences for patients - from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave with a smile on their face!

Your day may include:

Chairside assisting and sterilisation

Creating warm first impressions and meaningful connections

Booking, payments (HiCaps), and treatment coordination

Making patients feel safe, understood, and cared for

Jumping in to support your team — wherever needed

About You

2+ years’ experience in a private dental practice

Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or currently completing)

Great communicator with a professional, calming presence

Organised, detail-focused, and a fast learner

A reliable team player who loves variety

Open to working across different clinic locations (you’ll be well supported!)
