This is a fast-paced, high-performance sales role in a premium retail setting — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to own it.

About the Role

Éramai is a luxury skincare and treatment destination based at Crown Melbourne. We are currently seeking a skilled, confident, and results-driven salesperson to join our expanding team.

You’ll be working on the front lines — selling luxury skincare products and services, connecting with clients, and providing tailored consultations in a high-end environment. While there is some minor reception support required (assisting our broader front-desk team), your focus will be clear: sell, connect, convert.

This is a casual role, but requires full-time availability across 5 shifts per week, including weekends. You’ll receive paid training for 2 weeks at $25/hr + 5% commission, then move to $30–$35/hr + 5% commission based on your experience.

This is a starting rate — high performers will quickly progress and be rewarded accordingly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Selling skincare products and beauty treatments with confidence and charisma

Delivering tailored product consultations that drive strong conversions

Building lasting client relationships with polished, professional service

Assisting with light reception tasks (greeting clients, minor scheduling)

Representing the Éramai brand on the floor with energy and excellence

Maintaining immaculate presentation across the boutique

Who We’re Looking For

First and foremost: an experienced salesperson – not just a beauty lover

Confident, persuasive, and motivated by results Retail sales experience essential — luxury, skincare, beauty, or wellness preferred

Highly presentable, client-facing, and quick on your feet

Full-time availability including weekends – no exceptions

Clear communicator, team player, and self-starter

NO students, no visa holders – Australian citizens only

This role is not for those seeking clinical, passive, or purely customer service roles. We need a sharp seller who thrives in front of clients and takes pride in closing the sale.
