Red Rock Venues is a hospitality group with a range of well-established venues across Australia. In Melbourne, we operate ten unique venues including Cookie, P.J. O’Brien’s, BearBrass, Ludlow Dining Room, Turf Sports Bar, Magic Mountain Saloon, and The Precinct in Richmond.

Each venue has its own identity and offering — from late-night dining and cocktail bars to pubs, sports bars, and all-day eateries — but we’re united by a shared approach: strong service, well-run operations, and building confident, capable teams. We believe in doing things properly, supporting our staff, and creating workplaces where experience is valued and encouraged.

We’re Hiring
As our Melbourne venues ramp up for a busy season, we’re looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our teams across a range of roles:

Bartenders – from classic service to full cocktail knowledge

Section Waitstaff & Food Runners – confident in fast-paced dining or casual service

Experienced All-Rounders – adaptable, guest-focused, and reliable

We’re also open to expressions of interest from experienced Supervisors or FOH leaders looking for their next step. There are always opportunities to grow within the group, and we’re happy to hear from those looking to take on more responsibility in the right venue.

Roles are available on a casual, part-time or ongoing basis, depending on the venue and your experience.
