As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our marketing activities.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and generate business opportunities in the competitive tiling and construction market. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting market research and analysing trends relevant to the construction and tiling industry, particularly in Sydney and surrounding regions.

Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services, with a focus on residential and commercial pool tiling.

Coordinating the production of marketing materials such as brochures, portfolios, social media content, and project showcases.

Managing and enhancing the company’s digital presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media platforms.

Identifying and pursuing new marketing channels to reach potential clients including builders, property developers, and homeowners.

Organising promotional events, site showcases, and industry networking opportunities.

Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Liaising with external marketing consultants, media representatives, and suppliers where necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a marketing role within a construction, tiling, or related trade services business.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, planning, and organisational abilities.

A proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
