Sanfa Supermarket is an Asian supermarket offering a wide range of products from fresh Australian fruits and veggies to Asian groceries and frozen products from Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and much more.

Your day as a Marketing Specialist

· Planning, implementation and management of marketing campaigns, plans and channels to drive customer awareness

· Analyze customer behavior, market trends and competitor activities

· Management of brand awareness of product and business

· Oversee digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM and paid ads, ensuring campaigns achieve performance goals

· Regularly update and optimize website content to align with brand standards, enhancing user experience and SEO results

· Provide valuable insights to enhance marketing initiatives and capture new opportunities

· Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and exceed expectations

· Coordinate and participate in the development of e-commerce products.

· Conduct and commission market research to identify new market opportunities

The job will be full-time (9am-5pm).

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor or Diploma of Business; or related field
