About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive NDIS Scheduler to join our team. In this critical role, you will work alongside our rostering team to manage rostering for our NDIS clients and staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage rosters to ensure adequate staff coverage for all client services.
Communicate effectively with support staff, clients, and families regarding services and changes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of services in compliance with NDIS requirements.
Maintain a client focused approach to matching client support preferences with the appropriate support staff.
Work collaboratively with the team to address rostering challenges promptly.
Ensure adherence to award and regulatory guidelines in rostering practices.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in rostering or demonstrated ability to quickly learn rostering systems.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and rostering software.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively and support other staff members.
Knowledge of the NDIS or aged care sector is highly desirable.
