East Coast Care Connect is seeking a reliable and proactive Weekend Scheduler to oversee the coordination of supports for our NDIS participants over the weekend. This is a remote, on-call role, ideal for someone who can think on their feet and respond quickly to scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and adjust support worker rosters across the weekend

Respond promptly to shift changes, cancellations, or emergencies

Liaise with staff and participants to ensure continuity of care

Keep accurate records of communication and rostering updates

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in rostering, scheduling, or coordination (NDIS experience highly regarded)

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Excellent communication – both written and verbal

Confident using scheduling software, mobile apps, and communication tools

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
