The Role
We are looking for a Rostering Officer to join our team and provide essential support to our everyday operations.
Experience in the CRM FlowLogic would be highly desirable as would experience working in the disability industry and knowledge of the NDIS.
You will work across our Yandina and Maroochydore locations. Hours will typically be within usual office hours and based at our physical sites to ensure effective collaboration with team members.
The role will require you to have capability to manage the effective and efficient deployment of staff to meet client service delivery requirements. The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage complex scheduling needs while maintaining positive communication and organisational skills.
The Rostering Officer supports the Leadership Teams across multiple service delivery programs. The role is essential to the planning and implementation of rosters designed to achieve quality outcomes and responds to ad hoc changes in a manner that ensures continuity of supports.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for producing work to a high standard. You will be experienced in rostering and administration, possess a high level of integrity, be accountable, as well as having the ability to time manage and prioritise effectively.
You will be supported in your role by an experienced management team and will have clear scope for your role.
Essential Characteristics
Experience and demonstrated competence in a range of office technology software and hardware. You will be working with a range of Microsoft Office programs as well as any role specific software platforms.
You will be required to undertake Criminal History Screening. Possession of NDIS Worker Screening (combined with Blue Card) is an advantage for an immediate start.
You must hold and maintain a current unrestricted Queensland motor vehicle license.
Equity Works requires all staff to comply with any current Queensland Public Health Direction applicable to our sector. Our workers will be required to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status if required by Public Health Direction. Only staff willing to comply with Public Health Directions should apply for positions with Equity Works.
Remuneration
This position is targeted at the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award, Level 2. Salary packaging is available.
