About the role

We are seeking a part-time Physiotherapy Receptionist to join our team at Freedom Physiotherapy in Bentley, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and clinical staff. This is a part-time position with Monday and Wednesday being the days required to work.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling and confirming appointments

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files

Assisting with the collection of patient payments and managing the clinic's financial records

Providing general administrative support to the physiotherapy team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and clinicians in a professional and empathetic manner

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in the use of computer software, including patient management systems and Microsoft Office suite

Able to work 2 full days per week (Monday and Wednesday) and fill in for occasional cover

Looking for a longer term job (not suited for students graduating in the next year)
