An exciting opportunity has arisen for a New and Used Car Sales person to join the talented team at Alan Mance Motors in Melton, Victoria. As a full-time Sales person, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of both new and pre-owned vehicles. What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs and requirements, and guide them through the sales process
• Demonstrate vehicles and discuss features and benefits to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Negotiate prices, prepare sales contracts, and handle all administrative tasks related to vehicle sales
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
