We are a boutique used vehicle dealership that has experienced continuous growth from a predominantly wholesale environment and now includes a new retail arm.

An experienced Sales Manager is required to join the team and assist in running our brand-new showroom based in Moorabbin.

The Role

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experience and advice during the vehicle purchasing process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and lead generation / Following up on leads
• Addressing customer queries
• Maintaining vehicle stock using Dealer Management system ‘Autogate’ & Carsales Portals
• Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks associated with the sales process
• Meet and exceed sales targets, by identifying and closing sales opportunities
• Assisting and managing vehicles for sale
• Photographing and optimal presentation of stock vehicles for advertisement

About you:

The ideal candidate is results-oriented, process-driven, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about sales and customer service to effectively coordinate and optimize a range of sales and customer service functions in a dealership environment.

Requirements -

• Exceptional negotiation and consultive sales skills
• Possess strong product knowledge of motor vehicles and achieve sales targets
• A genuine passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service and persuasion skills
• The ability to listen and quickly build rapport with customers, colleagues and business partners
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Immaculate and professional personal presentation, punctual and reliable
• Be the holder of a full valid Victorian Drivers License
• Undergo a police history check
• Be an Australian Citizen or Perm Visa Holder
