We are currently seeking a self motivated and sales focused professional to be a key member of our talented team as a Trip Coordinator in a phone based revenue collecting role that has a strong focus on sales, along with customer service.

As a Trip Coordinator you will:

Build strong relationships with booked travellers

Manage trip payments and set up payment plans

Meet revenue and outbound call targets

Provide outstanding customer service throughout the pre-departure process

Assist with visa advice and documentation

Who We’re Looking For:

Motivated by hitting targets and delivering results

Confident and engaging communicator

Experience in phone-based sales or customer service

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
