Full-Time | Day Shifts Only | Closed Sundays

We’re looking for someone great to run our little café in Marrickville.

It’s a daytime-only spot (we’re closed Sundays), takeaway for now — but we’ve got plans to grow into full service soon. We serve really good coffee, proper sandwiches, and fresh baked goods, all made with great ingredients and a bit of care.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be on the floor, making coffee, chatting to regulars, helping with food, and keeping things running smoothly day to day. The team is small and friendly, and we’re after someone who’s calm, capable, and genuinely enjoys the pace and rhythm of café life.

What you’ll be doing:

Making excellent coffee

Taking orders, prepping food, helping out wherever needed

Supporting and managing a small front-of-house team

Keeping things tidy, stocked and moving smoothly

Playing a key part as we build toward full service

We’d love to hear from you if:

You’ve managed a café or similar before

You know what good service looks like and how to deliver it

You’re comfortable working solo or leading a small team

You’re happy to jump on the sandwich station when needed

You’re reliable, organised and take pride in your work
