As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Plumbing Estimator to join us in our Bayswater office.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic, office-based role where you’ll be pricing jobs of all sizes—from small maintenance tasks to mid-sized construction projects. You’ll also be in regular contact with customers, answering questions, providing quotes, and helping them feel confident in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately estimate plumbing works of all sizes

Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear, professional quotes

Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing

Maintain accurate records and job data in internal systems

Follow up on quotes and support the broader project and sales teams

Requirements:

Experience quoting plumbing and roofing jobs (residential and/or commercial)

Ability to interpret plans and scope of works

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Basic computer skills and familiarity with estimating tools

Desirable:

Experience using AroFlo software (preferred but not required)

Plumbing trade background or relevant qualifications

Knowledge of local plumbing regulations and standards
