What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will focus on supporting and coordinating our plumbing operations from behind the scenes:

Organising gas plumbing rectification jobs (e.g., hot water system replacements, leak detection, compliance related rectifications)

Advising on quotes for gas plumbing work

Coordinating with clients, gas wholesalers(if gas leak is on the provider side), and trades regarding gas leaks and organising follow-up works

Liaising with internal plumbers and external subcontractors

Handling general admin and client enquiries (primarily phone and email)

What We’re Looking For

Domestic gas plumbing experience

Great verbal and written communication

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable with tech and tools like Microsoft Office and email

Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with clients over the phone

This role may suit someone more in the early or middle stages of their career who’s ready to shift into a long-term, stable role off the tools.
