About the role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Part-time Retail Assistant to join our team at Oxford Shop' at Melbourne Airport. What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Maintaining the store's appearance by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organised
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff
Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business

Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
