About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Party Shop Part time Assistant to join our team at Top Party Supplies' store in Hoppers Crossing, VIC. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, helping our customers find the perfect party supplies for their celebrations.

What you'll be doing

Mainly :Restocking and organising shelves to ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked

Return the hire props (arch,plinth etc.) to the right places,clean the hire props.

Inflating balloons, assembling Balloon
Arrangements

Providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers in finding the products they need

Maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness

Supporting the store manager with other tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the party supplies or related industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
