Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gasses, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

The Role
As the Therapy Support Consultant you'll deliver therapy support and services to our patients receiving CPAP and other Sleep Therapies, by answering incoming phone calls from patients and clinic staff nationwide. You will also be making outgoing calls to assist patients who are new to CPAP therapy.

The TS Consultant will take pride in providing tailored services over the phone to our private and government funded (Federal or State Health Organisation, Department of Veterans Affairs) patients.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

A pivotal role answering phone calls from our patients relating to CPAP and other Sleep Therapies. Conversations with patients will include questions to monitor on-going compliance to therapy, troubleshooting issues and identifying needs for additional assistance

Book patients into one of our CPAP clinics

Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to promote best practice models of care and service delivery

Ensure that all documentation required for audit purposes are available and up to date

Do you have a genuine interest in sleep therapy and the importance of sleep?

Strong work ethic in a customer centric environment

Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry will be advantageous

Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Ability to solve practical problems and to respond to inquiries

Tertiary qualifications are considered advantageous but not essential
