What’s on offer:

• Casual role – approx. 38 hours/week across Tues–Sat

• $60,000 per year retainer (paid weekly)

• Attractive commissions for each signed contract (post-10% deposit)

• In-office at our Caboolture showroom

Your day-to-day will include:

• Welcoming and guiding walk-in customers through our display homes

• Building rapport and understanding each customer’s vision and needs

• Helping them design their ideal tiny home

• Preparing and sending quotes, following up leads, and closing sales

• Liaising with our design and production team for a smooth customer handover

• Replying to DMs and engaging with online followers

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience – ideally in retail, property, or lifestyle brands

• Confident communicator who’s natural with people

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Bonus points if you're passionate about small homes or sustainable living
