We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE
JJ’s Waste & Recycling are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our National Fleet Division team for a 9 month fixed term contract.
This is a great opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of our national vehicle portfolio, ensuring accurate data management, efficient coordination, and seamless communication across the business.
This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility for the right candidate. You’ll be the first point of contact for the team’s shared inbox and play a key role in supporting internal stakeholders and service coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow-ups, and accurate preparation of outgoing communications
Enter and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency within set timeframes
Maintain key requirements across the vehicle portfolio, including registrations and supporting documentation
Effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
Provide System Administration support duties for internally developed asset management systems including data entry and data integrity checks
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate information flow
Utilise various systems and portals, including Technology One - CiA, to manage tasks and process cheque payments
Provide general administrative support, including accounts receivable and payable functions as required
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in an Administration or a similar role is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
Possess a high attention to detail with the ability to manage and perform multiple tasks
Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
Proficient in office software and administrative systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
