An Exceptional Opportunity for an Up & Coming Admin Officer

As an Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

· Receptionist duties: Greeting clients, answering phones, and directing inquiries.

· Data entry: Accurately inputting information into our systems.

· Customer relations and support: Providing excellent service to our clients and addressing their needs.

· Ordering parts: Managing inventory and ensuring timely procurement of necessary parts.

· Social media-based marketing: Assisting with our online presence and marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For

· Some prior experience in the light vehicle repair industry or in an administrative role is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

· Proficiency in using computers and office software.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration

Salary and benefits will be negotiated upon the successful securing of the position. We offer rewards that cater to both financial and personal growth.

You can expect a renumeration package from $50/70K INC Super + Bonuses (commensurate with your experience). Pro rata for your agreed part-time hours.
