Lutheran Services is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administration Officer to join a team at Orana Aged Care in Kingaroy on a Part-Time basis Fixed Term basis until 19/12/25 (4 hrs per day Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations within our Home Care services . You will collaborate with clients, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, families, employees, and visitors.
• Managing and coordinating administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and processing documentation.
• Assisting with our Home Care Package program and Commonwealth Home Support Program Service delivery administration.
• Supporting the Home Care team in various administrative functions,
• Ensuring accurate handling of confidential and sensitive information.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in an administrative support role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
