An Exceptional Opportunity for an Enthusiastic Mechanic

In this role, you will face various challenges that require problem-solving skills. If you're ready to transition from a hands-on role to one that involves supervising, training less experienced mechanics, this job is perfect for you. While there will still be hands-on work, you'll also balance it with teaching and leading by example.

What We're Looking For

We seek an experienced mechanic who is eager to take the next step in their career. This position has the potential to grow into a team leader or workshop operations manager.

· Diagnosing, removing, and refitting of manual gearboxes and differentials

· General Light Vehicle repairs

· Clutch and clutch hydraulic diagnosis and replacements

· Vehicle inspections, test drives and diagnosis

· Training and supervision of apprentices

· Some customer service and answering of phones

· Basic Workshop maintenance

· Must have the right to work in Australia (no VISA applicants)

· Must hold a Qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanics (minimum of 5 years’ experience)

· Must have a current valid Australian Driver’s Licence

· Must be able to pass/provide a QLD Police Check

Remuneration

Salary and benefits will be negotiated upon the successful securing of the position. We offer rewards that cater to both financial and personal growth.

You can expect a renumeration package from $70/90K INC Super + Bonuses (commensurate with your experience).
