About the Role As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
• Coordinating repairs, inspections, and ensuring properties meet high standards.
• Preparing and managing property budgets, including rent collection and monitoring expenses.
• Negotiating and drafting lease agreements with new and existing tenants.
• Promptly addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues.
• Monitoring occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Compiling regular property performance and financial reports for clients.
• Staying informed on industry regulations, laws, and market trends.

What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Management
• A valid Property Management Licence.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Confidence in negotiation and a proactive, hardworking mindset.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• A reliable car and current driver’s licence.
