As Commercial Property Manager, your main duties will be:

• Mixed portfolio of office, industrial and retail
• Tenancy management
• Manage rent reviews and lease proposals
• Maintain accurate and current documentation
• Assist with outsourcing valuations and leasing
• Ensure compliance, codes and standards
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About you:

• Real Estate License required - must have an understanding of Commercial or you may be in residential looking to make the switch
• ideal experience managing or supporting the management of a residential or commercial portfolio
• Knowledge of legislation and requirements
• Understand property-related documents
• Ability to negotiate
• Develop professional relationships
