Our client is a small multi franchised new car dealership located in Gunnedah, in the New England region of NSW. They are seeking an experienced Service Manager or a Senior Service Advisor looking for career advancement to manager level. The dealership offers security of tenure, a solid income stream and a friendly working environment. Service throughput is around 10 RO's per day, so there is little pressure compared to that in large operations. Rents are cheaper than in the cities, and the major centre of Tamworth is only 45 minutes away. The area offers all modern facilities including educational, medical, recreational, sporting and shopping. The role is Monday to Friday only.

Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience gained as either a Service Manager or a Senior Service Advisor in a franchised dealership. You will have strong organisational, people handling and RO costing skills, be totally reliable and be motivated equally by profitability and customer satisfaction.

Salary is fully negotiable depending on experience, and will consist of a $80k retainer, super, commission structure and company vehicle. For applicants needing to relocate, a contribution towards moving expenses is also on offer.
