We are a renowned restaurant known for our classic Italian cuisine and professional customer service. Our mission is to provide a memorable dining experience for every guest, and we are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to help us achieve this goal. Italian or hated restaurant experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

· Manage and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

· Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

· Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

· Minimum three years experience in restaurant management role.
