Position: Store Manager
Location: Lavington NSW 2641
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent | 38 hours per week
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 plus super

At Crossing Point Diner & Takeaway, we serve more than just great food — we serve a loyal and diverse customer base in the heart of Lavington. We're seeking a dedicated Store Manager to take the lead in operations, staff management, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance
• Manage rostering, inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations
• Implement and monitor promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and business standards
• Lead, train, and support a small team of staff
• Manage budgeting, payroll, and reporting
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role in retail or food services
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure
• Solid knowledge of inventory and operations management
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Multilingual abilities are a bonus, as we serve a diverse community

Requirements

• Full Australian work rights – Citizens, Permanent Residents, or unrestricted visa holders only
• Diploma or higher qualification in Retail, Business, or Hospitality Management (preferred)
• Willingness to work long-term in a regional area
