The Role

• Converting referred leads and enquiries
• Prospecting for new leads using the clients extensive database
• Suggesting and running marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain client relationships to retain managements
• Arranging and conducting appraisals
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential
• Direct experience in a Business Development role with proven track record
• Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
• You will be well-presented, organized and have excellent administration skills
• Valid driver's license
