Their experienced team is now seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join a new $80M commercial construction project in Perth’s southern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers from design through to delivery
• Drive progress with look-ahead programs and critical path planning
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and contract administration
• Coordinate technical queries to avoid clashes and enhance buildability
• Maintain strict safety and quality compliance across site activities
• Lead junior engineers and mentor site teams
• Liaise with consultants and manage design coordination
• Implement quality control processes from structure through to fit-out and services

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Construction Engineering
• Proven experience in a Senior PE role on $50M+ commercial projects
• Strong capability in project scheduling (Primavera P6 or Cloud)
• Demonstrated understanding of multi-storey construction, services, and finishes
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
• Previous experience working with a main contractor in WA preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving ability
