The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will work closely with businesses and individuals to structure tailored finance solutions for vehicles, equipment, machinery, and other assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure asset finance deals for clients across various industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, clients, and referral partners.

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate finance solutions.

Manage the end-to-end loan application process, from submission to settlement.

Stay updated on market trends, lender policies, and industry regulations.

Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in asset finance broking.

Must hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of asset finance products (chattel mortgages, leases, hire purchases, etc.).

Existing relationships with lenders and a solid track record of settlements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

MFAA/FBAA accreditation preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 OTE per year
