Loan Processor – Asset Finance & Cashflow Lending
Location: Hurstville, NSW (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join our growing team, supporting one of our agency principals across asset finance and cashflow lending. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage the end-to-end processing of finance applications with minimal supervision.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with one of our agency principals and lenders to ensure applications are submitted correctly, tracked efficiently, and settled smoothly. You’ll be managing a variety of transactions, from vehicle and equipment finance to business loans and lines of credit.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, package and lodge applications with lenders

Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders throughout the application process

Follow up for supporting documentation and approvals

Manage pipeline to ensure timely settlements

Maintain accurate records and updates within our CRM

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing (asset finance and/or cashflow lending). Majority of the deals you will be working on are commercial, but ideal candidate will have experience across both commercial and consumer

Strong understanding of lender policies and documentation requirements

High attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Work Environment:

Hybrid structure once fully trained: 3 days per week in our Hurstville office, 2 days working from home
